Team Leader, Deli

Market District is seeking a Deli Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our high-volume deli department. This role manages associates, ensures exceptional customer service, and maintains high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching team members; managing inventory, ordering, and shrink; ensuring compliance with food safety regulations; and supporting merchandising and promotional displays.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, retail or food service experience, and a passion for culinary excellence and community-focused service.
