Store Associate

Retail Store Associates provide essential customer service in a leading retail setting, working independently or as part of a team to positively impact customers and support store operations.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering assistance.
• Accurately performing cashier duties including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check‑in, pricing updates, and inventory tasks.
• Assisting in opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Supporting all departments to remain fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts as opportunities for growth.
• Promoting new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity sufficient for computer terminal use, reading, and visual inspection of small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.00 per hour.
