Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations in our clients' stores. In this field-based role, you'll implement planograms, set and stock shelves, rotate product, place signage, and ensure on-shelf availability to maximize sales. You'll collect basic in-store data using a mobile app and communicate with store teams on merchandising priorities. Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain planograms and schematics for assigned categories
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure availability and freshness
• Install and maintain signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Audit shelves for compliance, pricing accuracy, and inventory gaps
• Capture basic in-store data using mobile tools or apps
• Communicate with store management on priorities, issues, and opportunities
• Follow company and retailer safety, cleanliness, and performance standards
• Report visit results and photos according to company procedures
