Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor

Micro Center seeks a Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to lead sales associates on the floor, drive revenue, and maintain high-impact merchandising. You will oversee daily sales activities, coach team members on customer engagement, and ensure knowledgeable, solution-focused service for tech enthusiasts and professionals. Responsibilities include executing planograms, managing promotional displays, monitoring inventory and stock levels, and tracking key performance metrics.

You'll collaborate with store leadership to train staff on new products, support custom PC and services sales, and uphold Micro Center's customer-obsessed culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates on the sales floor to achieve revenue goals
• Deliver knowledgeable, solution-focused customer service for computer and electronics purchases
• Plan, execute, and maintain visual merchandising and planograms
• Set up and manage promotional and seasonal product displays
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product availability on the floor
• Use POS and reporting tools to track sales, KPIs, and team performance
• Train team members on new products, services, and selling techniques
• Partner with store leadership to support custom PC builds and service offerings
• Ensure store standards, signage, and pricing are accurate and current
• Resolve customer issues and escalations while maintaining Micro Center's service culture
