Key Carrier Coordinator

As a Key Carrier Coordinator at Homesense, you help keep our store running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll open and close the store, follow key, alarm, and safety procedures, and support managers by coordinating daily floor tasks. You provide friendly, efficient service, assist at the registers, and help resolve basic customer issues. You'll maintain merchandising standards, signage, and a clean, welcoming store, while supporting inventory, stockroom organization, and loss prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, following key and alarm procedures
• Support leadership by assigning and monitoring daily floor tasks
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and resolve basic issues
• Maintain merchandise standards, signage, and clean, organized sales floors
• Assist with cash handling, POS accuracy, and line management
• Help monitor loss prevention, safety, and compliance procedures
• Support inventory processes, stockroom organization, and product flow
• Train and guide associates on policies, service, and merchandising standards
• Respond to basic incidents and escalate issues to management as needed
