Merchandise Coordinator

Homesense is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support our fast-paced, off-price home fashions environment. In this role, you'll help execute merchandise presentations, floor sets, and signage to create an inspiring shopping experience. You'll manage product flow from truck to sales floor, maintain organized stock areas, and support pricing and markdowns. Working closely with store leadership and associates, you'll uphold brand and safety standards while delivering friendly customer service.

This role offers hands-on training, exposure to merchandising and operations, and growth opportunities within the TJX family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Execute floor sets and merchandise presentations following company guidelines
• Replenish and organize sales floor, backroom, and stock areas
• Monitor inventory levels and support markdowns, pricing, and ticketing
• Partner with associates and managers to maintain brand standards and signage
• Support truck unloading, product sorting, and safe stock handling
• Observe loss prevention and safety procedures to protect people and product
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service when on the sales floor
• Assist with daily store operations as needed in a fast-paced environment
