District Manager in Training

Journeys is seeking a District Manager in Training to grow into a multi-store leadership role in our teen-focused footwear and accessories business. In this fast-paced, fashion-forward environment, you'll learn to oversee several stores, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure an outstanding, music-inspired customer experience. Working closely with an experienced District Manager, you'll develop skills in people leadership, visual merchandising, staffing, and P&L management.

This role offers hands-on training, clear advancement paths, and the chance to shape a fun, inclusive retail culture that celebrates individuality.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn from District Manager to oversee multiple stores
• Drive district sales, KPIs, and profitability
• Coach and develop store managers and key holders
• Ensure consistent customer experience and service standards
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling support
• Monitor visual merchandising and brand standards
• Analyze sales reports and execute action plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention
• Participate in openings, remodels, and local marketing
• Travel regularly to stores within assigned district
