Retail Sales Supervisor

• Function as manager on duty and drive sales by maximizing store productivity
• Build customer relationships through exceptional experiences
• Assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in using reporting and sales trends to achieve sales, customer acquisition, and service goals
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Manage inventory and stock, TQM compliance, and cash processes
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers
• Create personalized coffee experiences through storytelling and coffee and sustainability knowledge
• Provide complimentary coffee tastings and highlight product knowledge
• Coach and train the team to improve sales and service performance
• Seek and provide feedback and build strong colleague relationships
• Champion innovative ideas, adapt to change, and creatively solve problems

• 2+ years of experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
• Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot
• Effective communication, time management, and analytical skills
• Punctuality
• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
