Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist members with purchasing decisions and help load items when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and promoting the company s products and services.
• Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and accessible; locate and organize merchandise; assist with transporting items.
• Operate cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and upsell company products and services where appropriate.
• Uphold safety and security standards by following company policies and procedures, conducting safety checks, and reporting unsafe conditions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
