Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking a Retail Agent to join their team. As a Retail Agent, you will be part of the Customer Service and Operations team supporting store locations in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Assist customers with shipping, receiving, and general inquiries
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Support store team with daily operational tasks
• Mon-Tuesday in High St store, Friday-Sat in Reynoldsburg store.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in shipping/receiving, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some days on Wednesday and Thursday if needed
