Job Description
We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join us as Sales & Brand Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career, earn a competitive base salary with commission, and advance quickly into leadership positions.
As a representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, working with customers in person, building strong relationships, and driving sales success. We provide training, mentorship, and a clear career path you bring the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities- Represent our brand at retail locations, community events, and in-person promotions
- Greet customers, explain products and services, and recommend solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions with confidence
- Meet and exceed sales targets with support from your team and leadership
- Gather customer feedback and report insights for improvement
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required for travel)
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and ready to learn
- Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- $55,000 – $70,000 per year + uncapped commission
