Job Description

We’re building our U.S. operations from the ground up—and you’ll be at the center of it. As an Inside Sales Assistant & Office Support, you’ll help manage RFQs, CRM routing, and quote accuracy, while assisting with real estate due diligence and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approximately 60% Inside Sales Support (RFQs, quotes, CRM/ERP) and approximately 40% Office & Admin Support
  • Manage RFQs and quote packages (target: 48-hour turnaround).
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy; support order documentation.
  • Enter RFQs into the CRM within 24 hours and prepare basic quote templates for the Inside Sales/Engineering team.
  • Enter sales orders into the ERP and maintain accurate customer and inventory data.
  • Organize spec sheets, POs, drawings, and inspection reports in digital folders.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers and obtain shipping quotes for LTL/FTL, flatbed, and heavy-haul shipments.
  • Provide shipment tracking and ETA updates to customers and sales reps.
  • Support office administration, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and basic AP/AR support.
  • Assist with budget tracking, Docu Sign workflows, and vendor onboarding.
  • Support Columbus factory due diligence and administrative coordination.
Qualification – Primary
  • 2+ years’ experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations or Admin Support, or B2B Customer Service (Industrial/Manufacturing a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, tables)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English – Native to Fluent;
    Korean language or cross-cultural understanding a plus.
Qualification – Secondary
  • Experience in electrical equipment, transformers, industrial manufacturing, logistics, or import/export
  • Experience with ERP / CRM systems
