Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join this growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-up via phone, email, and CRM
- Support the outside sales team with quoting and account management
- Prepare proposals, process orders, and track deliveries
- Provide product recommendations to meet client needs
- Maintain CRM records and manage key customer accounts
Qualifications:
- 13 years of sales or customer service experience (construction/industrial preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
- Proactive, customer‑focused, and goal‑oriented
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
