Overview

R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-commissioned, experienced HVAC Sales Tech. This is a position with growth opportunities at an established company that values hard work and dedication.

Compensation includes full commission with the potential to earn $200,000 to $400,000+ annually. A $300 sign-on bonus is offered. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases with time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, a company vehicle, and uniforms. Notable responsibilities for the HVAC Sales Tech role include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and/or commercial clients
• Present and explain HVAC products and services to customers
• Execute in-field sales activities and close deals
• Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to junior team members
• Maintain knowledge of local codes and residential/commercial systems

• 4+ years of HVAC sales experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Training junior team members
• Strong communication with clients and customers
• In-field sales experience
• Valid driver s license and a good driving record
