This is an exciting opportunity to train and launch new B2B field sellers into the SMB market while working with a major energy client. You’ll coach hunter closers in the field, build early momentum, and help reps win—without nights, weekends, or door-to-door grind.

Leadership Role

• Train and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
• Develop hunter closers focused on new logo acquisition
• Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
• Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management
• Partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance

Who You Are

• 3+ years training B2B field sales — in the field
• Proven experience coaching SMB hunter closers
• Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
• High energy, confident, and leads by example
• Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends

Compensation Overview

• $80K–$110K OTE (base + commission + training overrides)
