Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Daily tasks include outreach to potential customers through various channels, presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and create opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and connect with target prospects
  • Strong Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships effectively
  • Proven Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to drive deal closures
  • Analytical mindset for identifying market trends and customer needs
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in technology or digital transformation industries is a plus
