Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for account services and project management. Sr. Account Coordinators work with cross-functional departments to monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process to meet deadlines, managing multiple client accounts and gaining a deeper understanding of business operations. They demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to respond to questions or requests and provide accurate order details and updates, while exercising independent decision‑making.

Sr. Account Coordinators are proficient with ERP and quoting systems (such as Syte Line and Auto Quotes) to manage orders, prepare client and freight quotes, and maintain documentation. They also handle small orders from quote to cash, expedite full‑store orders, and actively participate in project management tasks, including tracking key milestones, maintaining project materials, preparing shipments, requesting installations, and attending project meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support by answering phone calls and emails
  • Proficient computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Technical ability to learn and use a variety of software programs, such as Syte Line (ERP) and Auto Quotes
  • Prepare client and freight quotes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review and interpret floor plans
  • Enter client data and orders for accuracy
  • Monitor order statuses; identify discrepancies and elevate actions as needed
  • Coordinate freight services with clients and cross‑functional departments
  • Submit vendor quotes to purchasing to ensure accurate pricing
  • Communicate basic order details and status to clients
  • Respond to client and cross‑functional department questions or requests
  • Perform other tasks to support client accounts as needed
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Minimum - High School or GED / Preferred - 2 Year Degree or Higher
  • Minimum - 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training
