Role OverviewThe Sports-Minded Sales Representative supports in-store customer interactions, brand representation, and sales support while developing skills in leadership, communication, and team collaboration. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy goal-driven environments and learning through hands-on experience.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers and provide product and service information
- Support in-store marketing initiatives and brand presentations
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Contribute to team sales goals and performance expectations
- Share customer feedback and insights with leadership
- Represent partner brands in a face-to-face environment

- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or athletics is helpful — not required
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
