Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are a creative design and build company specializing in leisure, mini golf, and family entertainment attractions. Our projects span the UK, Europe, Africa, Canada, and the United States, delivering high quality experiential environments for leading operators worldwide.

The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support our growth across North America. This role focuses on developing new opportunities through outbound outreach, lead nurturing, and client engagement,
with a structured development pathway into a future sales role based on performance and progression.

You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to identify prospects, build relationships, and develop qualified opportunities within key leisure and entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage inbound and outbound prospects and develop qualified opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, timelines, and project scope
  • Build relationships with decision makers across target accounts
  • Progress opportunities through Hub Spot with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales handovers
  • Execute targeted outreach via email, Linked In, and phone
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and target lists
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, or consultative sales
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and CRM discipline
  • Hands-on experience using Hub Spot CRM for pipeline management, outreach tracking, and reporting preferred
  • Self motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Interest in leisure, hospitality, construction, or experiential sectors preferred
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. as required
  • Eligible to work in the United States
