Account Executive

Intelliplay is building a team of consummate professionals, in Columbus, Phoenix, and remotely, who have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment; who get excited to build something from the ground up; who are highly motivated, ambitious and eager to produce results.

Your core responsibility will be to win new business opportunities with Active Play Venues, Trampoline and Adventure Parks, and Location-based Entertainment Venues, managing the sale from discovery to demo to close.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. You should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget your resources in order to meet the assigned quotas.

• Work with lists of qualified prospects and demand- or partner-generated leads in a consultative manner to determine needs and solutions
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Manage sales from lead to discovery to close
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly quota targets
• Accurately track and record customer communications within
• Identify additional prospects with a need for our services
• Attend designated trade shows and record all leads in
• Keep  up to date at all times
• Be a positive contributor to and collaborator with the team

• Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Daily focus on quota targets
• Gather feedback from customers and prospects and relay the information to management in order to improve our products and services
• Enthusiasm for learning new topics, new markets, and sharing knowledge with others
• Represent the company with a high degree of integrity and trustworthiness
• Willingness to do “whatever it takes” to get the job done and help out colleagues
