Are you passionate about cars, technology, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? Kelly BMW is seeking a BMW Client Advisor to join our team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on learning, sharing knowledge, and helping clients fully understand and enjoy their BMW.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome clients and serve as their trusted BMW product expert
- Provide engaging product demonstrations and walkarounds on BMW models
- Educate clients on the latest in-vehicle technology, features, and benefits
- Support sales consultants by answering technical questions and assisting with vehicle presentations
- Conduct vehicle deliveries, ensuring clients feel confident with their new BMW
- Stay up to date with BMW training, product launches, and technology updates
- Provide follow-up support after purchase to maximize customer satisfaction
- A passion for automobiles, especially BMW
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems and features
- Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused personality
- Prior automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
