About the Opportunity:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on enterprise sales within the Manufacturing Team. Your consultative selling skills will help identify and understand the business requirements of prospects and clients, allowing you to recommend optimal UKG software solutions. This role involves generating new sales and managing client accounts within a designated territory - a true Hunter role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Enterprise-Level Growth: Generate substantial revenue and pursue account expansion initiatives, focusing on contracts exceeding one million dollars and building long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers, leveraging your experience to become a trusted advisor.
  • Advanced Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize your extensive sales expertise to develop and implement strategies tailored to industry-specific challenges, driving demand and converting new customers.
What You Bring:

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of documented success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C-level executives, with HRMS/Global Payroll experience as a strong advantage.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding a quota of $2 million or more.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles over 12 months and securing deals over $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build a territory and pipeline from the ground up.
  • Successful execution of a structured sales process, including collaboration with internal partners and executive engagement.
  • BA/BS or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Travel Requirement:

Up to 50%

Pay Transparency:
