HowYou Will Make an Impact
- Lead proactive consultative needs analyses and execute account strategies with the Sales Manager to support healthcare clients
- Monitor assigned accounts toidentifyrevenue growth opportunities and improve service levels for hospitals and large healthcare organizations
- Achieve monthly and annual new revenue and renewal quotas by understanding and addressing complex voice,videoand data needs
- Present tailored proposals andfacilitatesales presentations to resolve client business challenges
- Expand Spectrum Business’s reach by cultivating relationships and securing contract renewals with new and existing contacts
- Qualify new leads, coordinate sitesurveysandsubmitreturn on investment analyses to sales management
- Maintainaccuratesales databases for tracking client information and sales activities
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales knowledge and stay informed on market trends
- Ensure compliance with Spectrum policies to mitigate risks and support account success
- Office-based role with regular travelrequiredto client locations within assigned footprint
Required Qualifications Education
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED)
- 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals
- Read, write,speakand understand English
- Demonstrated track recordof exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networks
- Proven product and technical knowledge
- Effective relationship building, networking, negotiation and closing skills
- Quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth
- Valid driver’s license, safe drivingrecordand willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably selling data, voice or video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word,PowerPoint and Outlook

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive‑based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $88,800
.
