We're on the lookout for high-energy, motivated individuals to be the face of our studio-connecting with members, celebrating wins, and sharing our mission of More Life with everyone who walks through our doors.

Position Details:

* Job Type: Part-time (~30-35 hours/week)

* Pay: $15/hour + Commission on Membership Sales

What You'll Do:

* Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and a warm smile

* Own the front desk-answer phones, check in clients, and create a welcoming environment

* Lead new guests on studio tours and introduce them to the Orange theory experience

* Work closely with coaches to ensure first-timers feel supported and confident

* Sell memberships that align with our mission of health, strength, and community

* Follow up with leads and prospects to inspire them to take the next step

* Handle member inquiries and concerns with care, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset

* Participate in local marketing and outreach events to grow our member base

* Help maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring studio space
