Regional Sales Manager, HVAC and Mechanical

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead our Technical Solutions sales team across the Detroit-Pittsburgh-Columbus territory
. This role will focus on strengthening the existing sales culture while driving growth and managing an established book of business.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in sales leadership, with success in high-value, solution-based (intangible/service) sales, and understands how to align sales and operations to deliver a winning service culture.

This leader will be responsible for developing the existing sales culture, driving new business growth, and managing an established portfolio of accounts.

This role requires the ability to see the "big picture" and effectively align sales strategy with operational execution to deliver strong client outcomes and sustained growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving results in complex, conceptual, service-based sales environments.

This role is ideal for a sales leader who has successfully led, coached, and scaled B2B sales teams selling HVAC, mechanical, or technical service solutions.

The successful candidate brings both strong sales leadership experience and enough mechanical or technical fluency to confidently engage customers, coach representatives in the field, and partner closely with operations teams.
