Power Distributors, LLC is the Sales and Distribution arm for Briggs & Stratton, the leading manufacturer of air‑cooled gasoline engines and parts for outdoor power equipment. Briggs & Stratton engines are used in consumer products as well as industrial and commercial applications. We sell and market Briggs & Stratton Power Products (generators, pressure washers, etc.) and distribute Oregon Equipment Parts and Oregon Forestry products, among other allied lines.
PositionSummary
We are seeking a motivated, self‑directed Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to manage the full sales cycle, support field sales teams, and drive customer growth in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Use CRM software for sales campaigns and daily activities.
- Maintain and update CRM database with current contact, opportunity, and account information.
- Grow and service existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate daily with the Outside Sales department on prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects.
- Work hours are 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Minimum of two years of inside sales, sales support, or telesales experience.
- Experience setting appointments and closing sales.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Computer literacy using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with both external customers and internal associates.
- Self‑motivated, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Excellent telephone demeanor and communication.
- Strong ability to collaborate with field and internal teams.
- Self‑motivated, capable of multitasking within deadlines.
