We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Account Manager to expand our customer base, strengthen existing partnerships, and help bring premium seafood and specialty products to some of the region’s top culinary establishments.

Manage your territory, customer relationships, and daily schedule with autonomy and support from leadership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Territory Development & Sales Growth- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, retailers, and food service operators
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Conduct regular in‑person client visits and account reviews
- Introduce seasonal, specialty, and value‑added product offerings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by offering product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Partner with operations and internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and service
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry connections
- Deliver compelling product presentations and sales pitches
- Support product tastings, menu consultations, and promotional initiatives
- Manage pipeline activity and customer interactions through CRM tools
- Develop weekly territory plans and sales strategies
- Participate in sales meetings, promotions, and team initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to occasionally lift 30–50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments when needed
- Outside sales or food service industry experience
Background in hospitality, restaurant, or distribution sales - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field—or equivalent experience
