Orange theory Fitness Grandview is hiring for our front-of-house Sales Associate role. You'll be the first impression-greeting everyone who walks in, leading studio tours, introducing the OTF concept, and helping convert interest into memberships.

Compensation & Perks

• $15.00/hour + commission based on membership sales
• With approximately 1 membership sale per shift, estimated earnings are about $17-$25/hour (varies by commission and shift length)
• 15+ hours/week (part-time)
• Free Orange theory workouts
• Simple IRA access

Scheduling Needs (Availability Required)

• Two Evenings between Monday-Thursday
  • Start time ideal 3:00 or 4:00 PM through 8:00 PM
• One weekend day, most (but not all) weekendsApproximate 6 hour shift between 6:30 am - 2 pm

What You'll Do

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence
• Manage the front desk: answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, accurately check in clients, and handle member transactions
• Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout
• Sell memberships and help the studio thrive
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients via calls/text/email - estimate 20+ outbound calls, 40+ texts per shift.
• Dedicate time and attention to coworker communication and business promotion roll outs
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution
• Present the Orange theory concept to prospective members ("intros")
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Help keep all areas of the studio clean, organized, and ready for an excellent experience

Orange theory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).

After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
