What You’ll Do:As our Sales Representative
, you'll act as the link between real estate opportunities and investors!
- Negotiating property terms and prices with confidence.
- Building lasting relationships built on trust.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Tracking daily KPIs to measure and maximize performance.
- Collaborating with a results-driven team.
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

- 13 work weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
- After training, base pay changes to $15.15 per hour against commission
- Our top reps earn around $6,000 in commissions a month
- We’ll review the commission structure in full during your interview
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods (up to 80% of the time) operating a computer and communicating via phone/headset.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform computer‑based data entry and analysis.
This job is performed in a competitive, fast‑paced sales environment focused on lead conversion and negotiation success. The role requires the ability to manage stress associated with financial targets and time‑sensitive deal cycles and is conducted entirely from the designated Key Glee office location.
