Senior Account Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of an Account Executive, the Account Coordinator focuses on executing all day-to-day tasks involving customer and carrier relationships. As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will be facilitating daily communication between carriers and customers, analyzing, and negotiating freight costs based on market trends, and screening carriers to find reliable and quality drivers. You will play a critical role in executing business for our customers by partnering with Account Executive’s to ensure customers’ needs are met.

• Manage Account Executive’s day-to-day operations through constant communication with internal teams, customers, and carriers
• Navigate and update our homegrown TMS
• Conduct outbound check calls to ensure freight is moving effectively
• Analyze and negotiate freight rates based on current market trends
• Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and field all customer inquiries regarding shipment status

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
