As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. No roof climbing needed—our technology handles all measurements.

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generationrequired.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. No roof climbing required.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments,weekly meetings,and skill development.

• 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses.
• On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.
• Pre-set qualified leads—focus on closing, not prospecting.
• 6 weeks of paid training, plus earn full commission — not a draw.
• Car allowance & mileage reimbursement
• Cell phone allowance & company provided iPad

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
• Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
• Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
• Submit to a background screening.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
