Compensation
$120,000 – $250,000+ per year (Uncapped commission — top performers exceed this range)

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
- Present customized comfort solutions that improve efficiency, comfort, and home performance
- Deliver high‑impact, consultative sales presentations that build value
- Build trust through honesty, integrity, and expert guidance
- Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
- Manage your pipeline and follow up to close opportunities
- Conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations to properly size systems
- Work flexible hours — evenings and occasional weekends — to meet customer demand
This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of the close and the satisfaction of helping homeowners make smart decisions.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of HVAC or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience in related in‑home sales industries (windows, roofing, bath/kitchen, insulation, home performance) is a major plus
- BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and value‑based selling
- Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills
- Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- A goal‑oriented mindset and hunger to win
