• New Business Development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Prospect and generate leads within assigned territories
• Develop strategic account growth plans
• Present innovative corrugated packaging solutions
• Account Management
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
• Achieve sales growth and profitability targets

• Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, industrial sales, or B2B sales
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
