Position SummaryROE Dental Laboratory has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental laboratory services since the 1920s, partnering with healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Columbus Ohio market. This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and managing a territory with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental offices to drive growth, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
- Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Allocate approximately 60% of time to new business development and 40% to existing account management
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for dental teams
- Educate doctors and staff on ROE’s products, workflows, and value proposition
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and service follow-up
- Collaborate with internal departments (customer service, production, and technical teams) to ensure seamless case execution and customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase case volume and expand services within existing accounts
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Represent ROE at trade shows, study clubs, continuing education events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Track performance against sales goals and consistently work to exceed targets
- Provide feedback from the field to leadership to support continuous improvement in products and services
- Assist in onboarding new accounts to ensure a smooth transition and positive first experience
- 3+ years of outside sales experience preferred- preferably within the dental or healthcare industry
- Associate’s degree in lieu Dental Certification (e.g., EFDA, CDA, RDH, or equivalent) required
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Dental industry knowledge or clinical experience strongly preferred
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the assigned territory
