About the Role

Account Executives sell Rentokil’s commercial pest management services and products to new and existing commercial customers, while maintaining a customer‑focused service to grow the business. Focused on hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail markets.

Responsibilities
  • Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross‑selling.
  • Visually inspect buildings for pests and related issues, and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
  • Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
  • Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and deliver outstanding service solutions.
  • Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
Essential Job Functions
  • Move up to 10 lbs regularly and 11–20 lbs frequently.
  • Move around a lot—sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and navigating stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
  • Handle different pests and work in small spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, attics, etc.
  • Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain all equipment clean.
  • Wear PPE such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator and work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
  • Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: at least two years of B2B sales experience, with prospecting skills such as cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
  • Self‑motivated with a hunter’s mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Willing to obtain any required industry licenses (paid by the company).
  • Travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territory or territories.
Base Pay Range

Yearly: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 (Total earnings may vary based on location, skills, education, experience, overtime, incentives, commissions, and route assignment.)
