This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Inside Sales Associate, based in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will reach out to prospective clients, generate and qualify leads, and maintain long‑term customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow‑ups.

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

• Experience with Account Management and building client relationships
