Outside Sales Representative

Ohio Processing & Recycling is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to support growth across our used cooking oil recycling, grease trap cleaning, and wastewater service operations. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying service opportunities throughout the market.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Promote OPR service offerings and programs
• Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements
• Coordinate with operations teams to support customer needs
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate sales activity records

• Local travel within a 30-mile radius approximately 75% of the time
• Ability to consistently complete a high volume of outbound emails and calls
• Strong communication skills and with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Comfortable with cold calling in person and by phone
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
• Prior experience in food waste, recycling, or rendering industries preferred
• Base salary plus commission opportunities
