- Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
- Identify customer needs / wants and utilize UWD's proven sales presentation
- Negotiate and close the sale
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to learn UWD’s product line via in person and virtual training sessions
- Experience building relationships quickly with customers
- Previous experience in sales, commission-based sales, lead generation, home improvement industry, teaching / public speaking, bartending / waitressing, or other customer service focused positions is seen favorably
- A flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to business needs
- The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results
