Sales Representative, Small Business Services
In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1–49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, as well as sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily, you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business.
Inexperience in sales is not required; ADP provides high‑quality sales training and technology to support success.

- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. In addition to selling cloud‑based human resources solutions, strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Positive Self‑Starter. Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.

College degree desired but not required. Acceptable experience includes one to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or other relevant industry. Military experience is also valued.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales.
Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience; compensation range USD $51,100.00 – $ per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
