What You’ll DoAs an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be an integral part of our team, and you'll be tasked with:
- High‑Volume Outreach:
Conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily to insurance agents and agencies. - Sales and
Education:
Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales. - Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets. - Client Relationship Building:
Network and establish strong relationships with new clients. - Sales Cycle Management:
Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Rapport Building:
Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively. - Phone and Interpersonal
Skills:
Strong skills in handling objections and building relationships over the phone. - Sales Expertise:
Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Sales Cycle Management:
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. - CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools. - Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. - Preferred Experience:
Background in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidation, tax relief, insurance).
- $45,000 guaranteed base salary
- UNCAPPED COMMISSION! Upfront and residual commission. Our reps typically earn between $80-150K in commissions and performance bonuses, with top performers exceeding $200K!
