About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Marketing to spearhead the development and expansion of a robust, data-driven enterprise sales organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and leading the sales infrastructure, including the establishment of standardized processes, KPIs, forecasting systems, and performance management tools. A key responsibility is to professionalize the sales function, leveraging data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled tools, and scalable systems to empower local teams while ensuring the preservation of the company's successful regional, locally led operating model.

The role also involves improving pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, driving sales effectiveness, and coaching business development managers. Applicants for this role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an advanced degree such as an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles is required, with a specific emphasis on at least 5 years of leading senior sales or commercial leaders in a multi-site or regional environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting significant revenue growth within a complex, multi-region organization and the ability to scale sales organizations while maintaining accountability and consistency. Experience in aligning sales, marketing, pricing, and operations to support enterprise objectives is essential, as is the willingness to travel nationally.
