Net Suite Account Manager – Emerging Markets (Burlington, MA)

We’re looking for Sales Account Managers with a successful background selling software, hardware or business services to maintain relationships with Net Suite customers and drive adoption and expansion of our cloud‑based ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upsell and cross‑sell business application solutions within existing Net Suite clients.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives.
  • Drive pipeline velocity activities: customer references, complete quotes, contract preparation and execution.
  • Network internally with peers, leadership, value‑added teams, marketing and enablement to increase sales performance.
  • Improve customer happiness within assigned accounts.
  • Analyze customers’ business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities and develop strategies to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and lead ongoing business relationships.
    • Lead and close strategic and complex deals at C‑level.
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of SaaS/technology sales experience.
  • Top‑producer status with verifiable sales statistics.
  • Strong work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
  • Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
  • Curiosity, insight, and perceptiveness.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and quick turnaround.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Hourly range: $24.09–$38.51 (annual: $50,100–$80,100).
