Renewal by Andersen is the largest window manufacturer in North America and is still rapidly growing. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic and eager individuals who want to become part of our event marketing team. This is an excellent source of supplemental income!

This challenging and fun job takes place at retail locations, festivals, expos, music/sporting events, and home shows throughout the Columbus area. You will communicate with people, at the different locations, to generate leads. Retirees, and anyone looking for a bit of extra cash, are encouraged to apply.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• At least one year's experience in sales, promotions, retail or working with the public
• Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills
• Professional, well-spoken, engaging, and autonomous attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time

About the role:

• Duties will include working with the public, explaining our products/services, capturing customer information and scheduling appointments
• As a lead generation position, you must have the ability to have conversations with ease, overcome objections, and keep a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smart phone, and ability to drive company vehicle (when needed) are required
• This is a part-time position,  hours vary due to demand. Events typically occur Thursday through Sunday. Retail fluctuates weekdays and weekends. Out-of-town travel may be required at times.
• Competitive hourly wage, plus bonuses
