About the Sales Manager Position

  • Guide for families and older adults – boots on the ground helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
  • Team player – work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses.
  • Partner – partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Training and Support
  • 3‑week onboarding & orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales and the systems to help you be successful.
  • Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development.
  • Network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
