This is an exciting opportunity to train and launch new B2B field sellers into the SMB market while working with a major energy client
. You’ll coach hunter-closers in the field
, build early momentum, and help reps win.

• Hire, train, and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
• Develop hunter-closers focused on new acquisition
• Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
• Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management

• 3+ years managing B2B field sales (in the field)
• Proven experience coaching SMB hunter closers
• Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
• High energy, confident, and leads by example
• Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends

• $80K - $125K OTE (base salary + commissions + training overrides)
