We re seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and wants the opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding organization. In this position, you will prospect for new business, build relationships with clients, recommend customized insurance solutions, and support customers throughout the sales and service process.

• First-year earning potential of $50,000-$75,000

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset

• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
• Convert leads and opportunities into new clients
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Customize auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other insurance policies
• Cross-sell additional products and bundle policies to improve client retention
• Conduct proactive renewal reviews and account follow-up
