Vice President of Sales, Ohio
As a key player and dynamic leader with deep staffing experience in the warehouse, logistics and supply chain business, you'll spearhead our revolutionary workforce solutions and staffing sales strategy within the state of Ohio. Your mission is to identify untapped opportunities and clients in the grocery inbound/outbound market, as well as other distribution, manufacturing and light industrial logos. - Located within the state of Ohio or in the city of Louisville.
- A dynamic sales driver with a deep understanding of staffing in OH, specifically in the warehouse, logistics and supply chain marketplace.
- Experience selling within the grocery inbound/outbound industry, distribution, manufacturing, warehouse and light industrial.
- Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in the above industries.
- Ideally thrived in large, high‑volume staffing environments, with experience winning multi‑million dollar staffing deals and meeting or exceeding a $10M/year annual sales revenue quota.
- Mastery in presenting to senior leadership teams and executives.
- Can communicate with all levels of business top to bottom.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
