role

We are seeking a hard-working, sales-driven person for a full-time position. Inside/outside sales in Columbus and surrounding areas. This role focuses on driving sales through wholesale distribution, growing existing accounts, and building new relationships. Your time will be spent prospecting, making outbound calls, visiting customers, and closing deals. To be the right person for the position you must be comfortable talking to customers and managing accounts.

We sell mostly to tire stores and car dealerships, new and used. Our products include wheels, aftermarket and OEM style lug nuts, TPMS, and leveling kits for trucks.

Compensation details
  • Compensation ranges: $80K-$100K+ per year, health insurance, employee discounts.
  • 45-55k per year salary and targeted commission range of $35-50K+ per year.

  • Proficient at MS Office
  • Computer savvy
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Wheel fitment knowledge a plus but not necessary
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable

  • Ability to understand customer needs and have the right solutions to solve issues
Responsibilities
  • Grow and maintain customer accounts in your assigned area.
  • Research accounts and turn those opportunities into sales and lasting customers.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets.
