. One of the Industry's best Energy Company in the Nation wants a Leader ready to Grow!

You’ll hire, train, build and expand market growth (Dayton, Toledo, Cleveland +). You need to be a TRUE Leader who replicates hunter-closers in the field
, building momentum through KPIs and sales and helping reps win while helping your communities.

• Hire, train, and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
• Develop hunter-closers focused on new client acquisition
• Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
• Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management

• 3+ years building, scaling and leading B2B field sales (in the field)
• Proven experience Leading B2B hunter closers
• Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
• High energy, confident, and leads by example
• Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends

• $90K - $150K OTE (base salary + commissions + team sales overrides)
