Position SummaryImage the organization of Cardinal Health’s Nuclear Pharmacy Services is responsible for manufacturing, dispensing and delivering radiopharmaceuticals nationwide. This role focuses on managing Cardinal’s Nuclear Pharmacy sales in the designated region, promoting NPS solutions to achieve revenue targets, cultivating relationships with executive stakeholders, and ensuring after‑sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed annual revenue goals in assigned accounts through development and execution of account‑specific business plans.
- Demonstrate ownership and coordination of all Cardinal NPS resources to reach financial and strategic objectives.
- Lead the development of key stakeholder relationships, including scientific and executive partners, to enhance value and drive profitable growth.
- Direct the implementation of strategies and tactics that achieve overall revenue growth and profit objectives.
- Act as project manager for sales and marketing activities such as technical education, collaborative customer meetings, collateral utilization, outreach, and research opportunities.
- Promote, price, and position the Cardinal NPS portfolio across accounts.

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare services, medical product sales, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of related sales experience.
- Strong P‑&L and costing knowledge.
- Ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
- Polished presentation skills.
- Proven track record of hunting new business and closing deals.
- Experience creating and executing business plans.
- Previous experience with is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Product knowledge in the NPS business area is a plus.
